Therapy for Trauma

Helping young women in Snohomish

Do you feel like you’re the only one who can’t let go of your past?

Maybe your trauma is interfering with your ability to have close relationships, or perhaps you can’t go to in public without being triggered. You may be struggling to get through your day without having a flashback, or simply not able to stop thinking about your trauma. Maybe you’re feeling that your trauma isn’t “that bad” and that you’re making a bigger deal of it than it really is.

Whatever it is that you’re experiencing, you’re beginning to notice the impact of this in every facet of your life:

  • Struggling to stay focused at work and home.

  • Always feeling on guard and alert, no matter what the situation is.

  • Becoming triggered by constantly, even though you know most of the triggers are harmless.

Your response to trauma is valid and real.
It may feel impossible now, but you can feel safe. You can be free from your past. You can be happy and confident. And I can help you get there.

  • Ideally, it is best to meet weekly while addressing trauma to consistently work on your goals safely and quickly. If weekly is not an option for our schedules, bi-weekly appointments are okay, but anything less frequent would not be helpful to heal from your trauma.

  • Reach out to schedule your free 20-minute consultation with me. During the call, I will answer any questions you may have, learn more about what you’re struggling with, and tell you about myself. We will get you scheduled for your intake appointment if we think we will be a good fit.
