  • I’m located in Snohomish, WA off of Highway 9 in the Clearview area. I offer both in-person and online appointments.

  • I am an out-of-network provider, which means that I do not bill insurance companies for my services. I provide monthly superbills that you can use to submit to your insurance for a possible partial reimbursement.

You are responsible for contacting your insurance company to determine if you have out-of-network benefits and what they are, and for submitting claims.

Please keep in mind that there is no guarantee that your insurance will reimburse for my services, and therefore, reimbursement should not be considered a financial necessity to participate in services with me.

Additionally, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers must provide patients who aren’t using insurance, an estimate of the expected health care costs. You will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate prior to your intake appointment.

For questions or or more information about your rights for a Good Faith Estimate, please visit cms.gov/nosurprises.

  • I meet with clients on a weekly or bi-weekly basis depending on their individual needs. Each session lasts 55 minutes. The total duration therapy depends on how in depth your goals are and what you are hoping to get out of therapy. Some clients prefer to learn some skills and move on, while others choose to take time to do deeper work.

  • The first step is to request a free 20 minute consultation call so I can have a better understanding of your needs, answer your questions and make sure I am a good fit for you. You can request your consultation by completing the secure contact form or by calling me at (425) 905-3342. I will get back to you within 24 hours, except on weekends.

If we’re a good fit, we will get you scheduled for your intake appointment. If I’m not the right fit for you, I will provide you with referrals to other providers that may be a better fit for your situation.
