I am an out-of-network provider, which means that I do not bill insurance companies for my services. I provide monthly superbills — detailed receipts with the information your insurance company needs — that you can submit to your insurance for possible partial reimbursement.
You are responsible for contacting your insurance company ahead of time to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits (including any deductible and reimbursement percentage), and for submitting claims using the superbills you receive. Please keep in mind that there is no guarantee your insurance will reimburse for my services; therefore, reimbursement should not be considered a financial necessity to participate in services with me.
Additionally, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers must provide patients who aren’t using insurance an estimate of the expected health care costs. You will receive a Good Faith Estimate before your intake appointment.
For questions or more information about your rights for a Good Faith Estimate, please visit cms.gov/nosurprises.

There's no set timeline — it really depends on your goals and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. Some clients come in for a specific issue, learn some tools, and wrap up in a few months. Others prefer to do deeper, longer-term work and continue for a year or more. We'll check in on your goals and progress along the way, so the pace and direction stay collaborative rather than fixed from day one.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes, held weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs.

Reaching out is often the hardest part, and I'm glad you're here. If you're ready to schedule, the fastest way to get started is by clicking the "Appointment Request" button to book your free 20-minute consultation call directly. If you have questions before scheduling, you're welcome to reach out first through the secure contact form — I'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
During the consultation call, I'll get a better understanding of your needs, answer your questions, and we can make sure we're a good fit. If we're a good fit, we'll get you scheduled for your intake appointment. If I'm not the right fit for you, I'll provide referrals to other providers who may be a better fit for your situation.
